Flexible working is the way of the future, and most small business owners and corporates are using flexibility as a major drawcard to keep talented workers.

If you’ve ever worked from home, you’ll understand the challenges associated with balancing your family life and your working life. Working flexibly provides us with freedom, but it can be isolating and tricky to balance your toddler's needs whilst on a teleconference.

As working parents we love the flexibility gained from working remotely, however sometimes we wish for an extra set of hands to help us with our child, or miss the camaraderie of the office environment.

Bubs and Boardrooms has created a space for working parents to collaborate and create. To do this most effectively, we have an onsite Playspace staffed with the sort of warm, loving carers you want to add to your village. This means you are there for your child when they need you (or you just want to nab a cheeky snuggle) and that you also have the tools and resources to help you get work done.

You pay for your desk and the childminding is thrown in free, making membership fees a tax dedictible work expense for most Australians.
