About Our Space

Geekout is a geek co-working space where geeks can work and collaborate on their personal or community projects. Mumbai's only 24hr operating co-working space with in-house mini kitchen and unlimited coffee to boost your operations at Lokhandwala Andheri. We also host small hackathons and geekcamps at the place.

FAQ

Q Why is this an ideal place for a geek or tech startup?
A For an tech startup or geek, we believe you need awesome environment to code, unlimited coffee, opportunity to work 24hr without people bugging you, access to co-geeks to help you with small bugs, a meeting room to brainstorm your problems on a big white board and a place to stick Dev Anand's Photo. We provide it all.

Q Is the place available 24hr?
A Yes with a small charge of 200 INR per night for the 10PM to 8AM slot.

Q I want to know more about the coffee maker you guys use?
A Just come to the office and have a coffee with us before you decide to move with us.

Q Any Extra Goodies?
A We provide free 5 Hours* product development consultancy, 2 hours* UI/UX consultancy.

Q Can i sleep at your office?
A Haha you can buddy you can, but wouldn't you rather go home and take a great good night sleep.

Q Is there any restriction on where i can sit and work?
A No buddy. You can also sit on the bean bags or any suitable place of your choice. But please don't sit on someones lap :P that may not end up good for both of you.

Q Can i drink alcohols or smoke cigarettes/cigars/beedies at the work place?
A No. Never at the workplace

Q Who are current inmates?
A Codeniti, a non-profit technological firm, Bit Brothers, a tech product based startup, a stealth tech startup, an artist, a tech food startup.

Q What is the application process?
A Come visit us. Fill the inmate application form if you like the place. The form is posted on the notice board for 2-3 days for approval from other inmates. When you get 80% "Yes" you can join us.

Q Why do you have such a procedure for admissions?
A We want to maintain the working ecosystem and environment in the place.

Q Is there any deposit?
A Three months as refundable deposit.

Q Is there any notice period for vacating?
A Three months.
